Páll Ágúst graduated from law school in 2008 and has since been involved in a wide range of legal and professional projects, advising both individuals and corporate clients. He has broad experience in legal practice, business operations, management, and human recources.
In 2013, Páll Ágúst was ordained as a priest in the National Church of Iceland. He served as a parish priest in Staðastaðarprestakall in the southern part of Snæfellsnes and Mýrum and as a district priest in the Vesturland Diocese. This background has greatly influenced his professional approach, particularly in his communication with and understanding of clients.
In 2018, Páll Ágúst laid down the priest’s mantle for the time being, and put on the lawyer’s mantle anew. Since then he has co-managed, in collaboration with Dögg Pálsdóttir hrl., the law firm Málsefni Lögmannssþjónsta / Legal Iceland Law Services.

In addition to her legal career, Dögg has taught for many years and is currently an adjunct at the Faculty of Law at Reykjavík University. She has also taught health law to medical students and social work students at the University of Iceland.

Theodóra joined the firm in spring 2024 as Office Manager and has since taken on an expanded role as a Legal Assistant. Alongside her studies in law at the University of Iceland, she supports both the administrative and legal work of the firm, including document preparation, case handling support, and office operations.
