Legal Iceland is a Reykjavík-based law firm operated by Málsefni ehf., which traces its roots to 1996, when Dögg Pálsdóttir founded the firm.

Páll Ágúst is an attorney admitted to practise before the District Courts and the Court of Appeal of Iceland. He co-manages Legal Iceland with Dögg Pálsdóttir, Attorney to the Supreme Court.
Páll Ágúst graduated from law school in 2008. His professional experience includes legal practice, business operations, management and human resources, advising both individuals and corporate clients.
He was ordained in 2013 and served as a parish priest and district priest in West Iceland. He returned to legal practice in 2018 and has since co-managed the firm with Dögg Pálsdóttir.
Dögg Pálsdóttir is an attorney admitted to practise before the District Courts, the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Iceland. She has practised law for several decades and brings extensive experience across a broad range of legal matters.
Dögg founded Málsefni ehf., which operates as Legal Iceland, and co-manages the firm with Páll Ágúst Ólafsson, Appeals Court Attorney.

In addition to her legal career, Dögg has taught for many years and is currently an adjunct at the Faculty of Law at Reykjavík University. She has also taught health law to medical students and social work students at the University of Iceland.
